Welcome to CoHive Workspaces – Shaikpet. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our workspace, facilities, and services, whether as a member or visitor. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the Terms set forth below.

  • Access to CoHive Workspaces is subject to a valid membership plan and full compliance with the agreed-upon terms.
  • Membership benefits, including workspace access and amenities, are defined in the membership agreement and vary by plan type.
  • CoHive reserves the right to grant or revoke access to the premises based on conduct, payment status, or breach of terms.

  • All facilities must be used for legal, professional, and ethical purposes only.
  • Members are expected to maintain cleanliness, avoid causing disturbances, and respect the shared work environment.
  • Any misuse or damage to property will be the responsibility of the member and may result in financial liability or termination of access.

  • Membership fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
  • Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access.
  • CoHive reserves the right to revise pricing structures with reasonable prior notice.

  • Meeting rooms and other reservable spaces must be booked in advance through the designated system or reception.
  • Cancellations must be made within the stated timeframe to avoid penalties or forfeiture of credit.

  • High-speed internet is provided for business use only. Activities such as illegal downloads, unauthorized access, or network abuse are strictly prohibited.
  • CoHive shall not be held liable for any data loss, connectivity issues, or service interruptions due to third-party providers.

  • Members are responsible for the security of their personal belongings.
  • While CCTV surveillance and access control measures are in place, CoHive does not assume liability for loss, theft, or damage.

  • Members are expected to foster a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative environment.
  • Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate disciplinary action, including termination of membership.
  • All members must comply with CoHive's workplace guidelines and code of ethics.

  • Members must adhere to all applicable health and safety regulations as prescribed by local authorities.
  • In case of emergencies, members are required to follow the instructions provided by CoHive staff.

  • CoHive Workspaces shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or facilities.
  • Members agree to indemnify and hold CoHive harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from their conduct or use of the space.

  • CoHive reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes, and continued usage of the space constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
